Frequently asked questions
This depends on the package, but we’ll review group activity and carry out the relevant tasks between 2 and 14 times per week.
We have a number of freelance moderators contracted to Superb Social with real, active Facebook Profiles. Once you buy a package, we’ll assign one of the moderators to you, tell you who it is and they’ll request to join your group. Once they’ve joined, you’ll need to make them a Moderator so they can carry out their work.
We currently use PayPal to process payments, therefore you can use most debit and credit cards, or your own bank account via direct debit if you already have a PayPal account.
Our package is for English-language groups only at this stage. However, if you have a non-English group, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do!
With platforms like Fiverr and PeoplePerHour, you usually have to work with multiple freelancers on one project, paying each of them separately, with multiple conversations going on at the same time. All with varying quality,
For example, if you wanted to transcribe a video and translate it into Spanish, French, Russian and Mandarin. You’d probably need to pay someone to transcribe it, then separately pay 4 more different people for the 4 languages.
